At Sakura Hoseki, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item is not quite right, we accept returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully place the jewelry in its original Sakura Hoseki gift box and secure it inside a padded mailing envelope to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
